Spring Lake Community

Spring Lake is a beautiful smaller lake with a community of residential homes surrounding the lake and warm and close-knit neighbors. Spring Lake borders the northeast portion of the greater Fairwood Community, just north of Petrovitsky Road.

Fairwood, a friendly bedroom community is a short commute to a variety of Puget Sound locations, including a 30-45 minute commute to Downtown Seattle.
